Hello!

I’m Kaleb Tullis, owner of In Spec Home Inspections and an enthusiastic student of the construction of residential properties.

I began my journey to inspecting houses by working in the world of real estate as a handyman, transaction coordinator, then operations manager for a prominent realtor in the greater Seattle area. Having bumped into a few inspectors along the way, I started to realize my burgeoning passion for understanding the ins and outs of the way homes are designed and built. During my training, my sage instructor stressed the concept of contributing to the integrity of the home inspection industry, a concept which I intend to apply in my services.
